Student Intern & Geographic Information Systems

This year the global scholars program was looking for some extra help to make some digital changes to our website. Schedules with students didn't exactly line up for a student aid to step in, so we teamed up with the Mukwonago High School IT Academy. Graduating senior, Alex Manka stepped forward to help us out and fulfilled his requirement for the IT Academy at our school. Amid other things, Alex helped reformat and make some adjustments to the website on select pages and also created an interactive map using the ArcGIS Online program (Geographic Information Systems). The map he created has different symbols to represent the global learning that takes place for MHS students who participate in the Global Scholars program.
